Our home evaluation is the starting point of any occupied staging plan. Your sellers are provided with a thorough walk through either in person, or over Zoom, which could allow you them to prepare the home themselves. We go room to room and evaluate each space for opportunities to make the home appealing to the most buyers. We take into consideration the demographics of the likely buyer, current trends in their market, photography and traffic flow. Our gentle approach makes it clear we are focused on helping each seller go to market looking their best, investing only in upgrades that will yield a significant ROI, and providing a compassionate tone that lets homeowners know we sympathize with the stresses involved in preparing a home for sale and the moving process in general. We send our notes before we end the meeting. Homeowners can then implement on their own or have us back for photoshoot prep, a full style, or something in between. Not local to the Boston area? That’s fine, our remote consults have helped lots of sellers successfully hit the market.
Vacant Staging
Vacant staging is a great solution for a variety of sellers. It brings an empty home to life, makes your listing photos robust and appealing, and gives buyers perspective on the size of the rooms as well as ideas for decorating. It can also increase the perceived value of the home. Additionally, vacant staging is a great option for sellers who don’t have the time, or ability, to prepare their occupied home for sale. Sellers can move their belongings out entirely and stage. Of course we also provide solutions for model homes, new construction, and can also stage partially furnished homes. We have provided vacant staging services for homes as small as 425 sq feet and as large as 12,000 sq ft and everything in between. We create unique looks for each seller, custom designed to appeal to the demographics of the likely buyer. This not only ensures a thoughtfully prepared, current look but allows Realtors to have unique listing photos from each home. It doesn’t serve any agent to have the same look over and over resulting in blah marketing.
