A very large percentage of our business is staging vacant homes. But sometimes, for various reasons, sellers are unable or unwilling to make the investment in rental furniture. Luckily technology helps us out with the advent of virtual staging. So what is it exactly? Essentially, we take photos of empty rooms and digitally impose furniture into the shots. It is quick and simple and we can usually turn the images around in about 48 hours. Obviously the solution is great for making a MLS listing look good but the home is still vacant for showings which is not ideal.
