HOME EVALUATION

During this meeting, in your home or over Zoom, we evaluate your home inside and out for opportunities to make your house appealing to the most buyers. We go room to room and make suggestions to help your home hit the market looking its best.

We evaluate rooms for traffic flow, photography angles, videos, and matterport. The days of just making sure a home looks good from the doorway are gone. We know that buyers need to fall in love with the online listing before they come to an open house or showing. Online is the real first impression.

Typical recommendations include:

  • de-cluttering

  • furniture placement

  • color consultations

  • necessary repairs

  • upgrades with significant ROI for sellers - these can be things like painting kitchen cabinets, upgrading light fixtures, etc

We also educate our seller clients on the differences between staging and decorating, we show you how to make your rooms look their best in listing photos, and provide resources for researching your competition.
